IEM Sales & Services Ltd is a full-service industrial welding and fabrication company headquartered in Houston, TX. Founded in 2006, we have grown from a local welding shop into a trusted partner for major energy companies, construction firms, and manufacturing plants across North America.
Our certified welders and engineers bring decades of hands-on experience to every project — whether it's a structural steel framework, high-pressure pipeline repair, or custom fabrication. We operate with a zero-compromise philosophy on quality and safety.
Our Story
IEM's history is written in weld beads and delivered projects. What began as a three-person operation has evolved into one of the region's most respected fabrication outfits — driven by the same passion for precision that defined our very first job.
Marcus Holt and two colleagues launched IEM from a leased warehouse in east Houston, focusing on structural repair for local refineries.
Secured a $2.4M pipeline maintenance contract with Meridian Energy, establishing IEM's reputation in the oil & gas sector.
Achieved ISO 9001:2008 certification and opened a second facility in Corpus Christi to serve offshore platform customers.
Launched a dedicated custom fabrication division, adding CNC plasma cutting and 3D profile capabilities to the service lineup.
Opened our Midland, TX office and surpassed 50 certified welders — a milestone we mark with continued commitment to apprenticeship programs.
